keep Japan in our Hearts

I can't seem to wrap my mind around what seems to be happening in Japan. It's all too overwhelming. I've created this print with Japan in mind. You can purchase it at my etsy account. All proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross. I don't know what else to do?

So all I did today was sit at home, cut out patterns, and think about how to become a more sustainable person.

Damn it's hard.

So I've decided to take it step-by-step. And I might as well ask my friends to join me.

Since I was working in the living room today, I made sure the rest of the electricity in the house was either off are at there minimum capacity.

What are you up to?

(Please be more conscious of your surroundings.)
sometimes i try not existing, but it's almost impossible.

The more Basil the Better

Is there anything more rewarding than the feeling of creating life.
All you need is a little water and sun light.
water? Where do you come from? How did you come to be?
Thank you green devil.
(to vague? sorry. maybe it's a poem?)

Testing color

♥ My very own Daylab jr. ♥

Just in, my very own Daylab jr. My life is pretty much complete. I'm all too excited about this new endeavor. The Daylab jr. is such a neat contraption.

(All of the photos below will be connected to some type of link that will have more specific information explaining its functionality.)

Daylab jr's and Vivitars are continuously being sold on Ebay. All though you should be careful as to make sure the seller has some knowledge of the product. For example: The Vivitar is pretty much trash once it's internal flash bulb burns out. I'm pretty sure about this since I received a broken one; opened it up, and came to find that it is impossible to get into the flash bulb area So Try and get the seller to test the device. Also, for those who may not know yet. Fuji sells 10packs of FP-100c/b film which is compatible to the Polaroid 669. The Daylab jr. that I purchased came with old, unused film left inside of it. The photos above consist of that expired 669polaroid film. Super fun. The photos transferred as expected to Arches w/c paper(note you cannot do transfers with b/w photos). I had to let the photos sit in BOILING water. I started with hot water, but the film wouldn't peal off. I will be playing and learning along the way, so feel free to ask me questions about your own future endeavors, and if you know me, come over and we'll have a transfer party. Thats all I want in life (one is the loneliest number).(Also please correct me if I am spewing false information)
